Thermoplastics Technician
$18/hr
Monday – Thursday 6am–4:30pm, Fridays – OT as needed

A well-established company in Orange City is seeking Thermoplastics Technicians to join their growing production team. Responsibilities:
• Produce thermoplastic parts by rotating through areas such as material prep, weighing, molding, machining, finishing, painting, and assembly
• Assemble, disassemble, and maintain molds and related equipment
• Inspect in-process and finished parts using hand measurement tools
• Perform deflash and assembly of thermoplastic products
• Utilize computers and basic machinery for job tracking and part processing
• Record inspection results accurately and promptly
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
• One year of manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and basic math skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (team lifting for heavier items)
• Physically able to stand/walk throughout the shift, and bend, push, or pull as needed
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
