Jorgensen Hearing Center has an exciting position open and available for the right person to join our team at our Sioux Center location!


We are looking for a Part Time Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations ot the business. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion as well as incorporating a new and better way to achieve better results.


Responsibilities

 Answering the telephone and documenting phone calls using our system
Greet customers and partners in a professional, friendly, and welcoming     manner
Scheduling patient appointments
Filing and organizing confidential office documents
Preparing invoices and receiving payments for services provided to patients
Learning details of hearing aids, parts and how they work
Preparing documents as requested
Keep office orderly and greet patients in a professional manner

Skills

Experience working in an office setting or the desire to learn the fundamentals

Excellent organizational and time management skills 

Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving 

Excellent written and verbal communication skills 

Proficiency in MS Office

Some travel may be required


Job Type: Part-Time

Pay: $16 hour

Schedule: 12-20 hours per week, working between the hours of 8:30 am-4:00 pm
