Responsibilities include:
- Building relationships with clients and earning repeat business
- Creating itineraries, booking tickets and arranging accommodations and other travel services
- Qualifying clients and exploring travel options to meet desires and budgets
- Computing costs, collecting payments, and keeping clients informed of deadlines
- Maintaining knowledge of airline rules and regulations and tour company travel policies and procedures
- Continuously learning about and traveling to new destinations to better serve clients
- Providing excellent customer service to all clients whether in the office, via email, or over the phone
