Responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with clients and earning repeat business
  • Creating itineraries, booking tickets and arranging accommodations and other travel services
  • Qualifying clients and exploring travel options to meet desires and budgets
  • Computing costs, collecting payments, and keeping clients informed of deadlines
  • Maintaining knowledge of airline rules and regulations and tour company travel policies and procedures
  • Continuously learning about and traveling to new destinations to better serve clients
  • Providing excellent customer service to all clients whether in the office, via email, or over the phone
